Diesel Hydraulic Split (Wet Kit)
In our full service welding department we have the capability to install an internal baffle within an existing fuel tank to facilitate diesel fuel and hydraulic oil applications. We can also fabricate any tank to your specifications.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
We test the filter in a vacuum to find the air flow resistance while it is dirty, pre clean the filter with compressed air in a filtered machine, bake the filter overnight at 1300 degrees F., clean with compressed air again, re-test the filter in a vacuum to test the finished air flow resistance, then clean the exterior of the filter. The filters leave the shop in large plastic bags to keep them clean until the mechanic is ready to install them.
Our machines are cleaned daily to ensure optimal performance in cleaning of DPF’s.
